WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
WE DO NOT OFFER REFUNDS
At Pepper Resort, we want you to love your swimwear, for hygiene and safety reasons, all swimwear purchases are final and non-refundable, unless the item is defective or damaged upon receipt. If you receive a swimwear item that is not in perfect condition or has a defect, please contact us within 5 days of receiving your order. We will gladly assist with a return or exchange for the defective item.
If, for any reason, the item does not meet your standards, please contact us and we’ll be happy to work with you to find a satisfactory solution.

RETURNING AN ITEM
Returning an Item
To return your item please email pepperresortt@gmail.com
We highly recommend shipping your parcel back via trackable mail as we are not liable for returns lost in transit.
FAULTY / MISSING ITEM
Please email pepperresortt@gmail.com with your order number and photo of your order within 14 days of receiving your item. If your item is deemed faulty, we will send out a replacement. Refunds will only be issued if the item is unable to be replaced.
CAN I CHANGE MY ORDER ONCE IT'S PLACED
We are unable to make changes to your order once it is placed. If you need to update your address, we recommend contacting the courier directly.

Yes! Afterpay is available for all Australian & New Zealand customers!
WHAT CURRENCY AM I BEING CHARGED IN?
As we are an Australian store. All pricing will be charged in AUD.
SHIPPING
HOW LONG DOES DELIVERY TAKE?
Currently Express domestic shipping takes 1-3 business days and Standard domestic shipping takes 2-6 business days. International shipping takes 3-10 business days. Please note, that shipping is outside of our control and we cannot be held accountable for any delays in shipping.
